The fair of Larià is the most recent event organised in our village, in fact it was born in 2009 thanks to the initiative of some local young people and of the mayor Taravello. The peculiarity of this fair is the exhibition of animals owned by local farmers. Among the animals, goats, sheep, cows and horses can be seen. The livestock exhibition is accompanied by a market with stalls selling typical food products and handicraft. Visitors can also take part in the typical “lunch at the fair” at our restaurant or at the Endas club and they can have a tour of the village by horse carriage and enjoy the music of “travelling bands” playing along the village streets. Although it is a very recent celebration, the fair of Larià has already won over everybody (especially over children) and from its very first edition it has attracted an unexpected number of visitors.
